USAHOA is dedicated to providing mediation and support services for homeowners associations (HOAs) across the United States. We aim to protect residents, preserve community spirit, and offer professional support for resolving disputes and managing HOA-related issues.
 
Job Description: 
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive experience with our services.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist members with resolving HOA-related issues, including disputes, maintenance requests, and legal concerns.
Provide clear and accurate information about USAHOA services, plans, and pricing.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in our secure portal.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further resolution.
Contribute to the development of customer service protocols and best practices.
 
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Familiarity with HOA-related issues and mediation processes is preferred.
